iPhone task management for ADHD

A task list that knows when not to interrupt.

Give every task its real window. Drifta stays out of the way until it can help, then gives you a clear next move.

Free essentials. Pro is optional. No ads or behavioral tracking.

The useful part is the timing

Planning should not be another task.

Drifta is for the gap between remembering a task and having the right moment to act on it.

01

Let a task wait.

Set a start and deadline window. An afternoon errand stays out of your morning, where it cannot help anyway.

02

Use a nudge, not a lecture.

When a window opens, reminders meet you there. Complete, snooze, or move on without turning one missed task into a failed day.

03

Protect your attention.

Start a focus timer when momentum arrives. Quiet hours protect the time when your phone should leave you alone.

Built for real Tuesdays

When the plan changes, you do not start over.

See what is actionable now. Save the rest for later. Drifta turns a long list into one small, honest decision.

A note from the maker

Why I built this.

I'm Logan. I have ADHD. I have tried every productivity app. Most of them assume you'll open them, plan your day, and stick to that plan. My brain has never done that on purpose.

The two things that actually help me: knowing a task can't be done yet so I'm allowed to ignore it, and being nudged when it's actually time. Every other app forgot one or the other. So I built the one I wanted, kept it warm, kept it quiet at night, and shipped it.

If it helps you, great. If you have notes, send them. support@drifta.app.

FAQ.

What if I miss the nudge?

Drifta keeps gently checking in every 15 minutes after the window opens. After the deadline it bumps up the tone a little. Pro can optionally keep nudging every 5 minutes for a task that cannot slip, until you tap done or snooze.

Will it keep nagging me forever?

No. Quiet hours stop everything between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. by default, and you can change that to anything. Mark the task done or snooze and the nudges stop. You're always one tap from peace.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The task list, timer, time windows, and local nudges work on-device. Coach, optional server push, subscription checks, and optional SMS reminders need a connection.

What data does Drifta collect?

No analytics, trackers, advertising IDs, or data sales. Your tasks live on your device. Coach sends your message and relevant task context when you actively chat; optional server push and SMS send only the delivery data they need. Our backend does not retain coach chat content after the response. See the privacy policy for provider retention details.

Is the free version actually usable?

Yes. Unlimited tasks, time windows, quiet hours, and a five-minute focus timer. Pro is for Coach, voice capture, custom lists, longer focus sessions, optional SMS reminders, and optional five-minute overdue nudges.

Why iOS only?

Because I'm one person and I had to pick. Android and a watch app are on the list. If you want them, vote with an email.

What's the refund policy?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so refunds go through Apple too. Email support@drifta.app and I'll help you get one started.
